Certifications & Registrations
A Master Technician is a product specialist, who have many years of both advanced technical training and product experience in their field of expertise and some often have a wider range of other product knowledge and have been tasked with diagnosing and repairing the most difficult and unusual faults that can occur with the client’s products.
Master technicians are also expected to both manage and develop Junior Technicians / Installers or assist in upskilling others such as Consultants / Clients using their vast experience, while keeping customers abreast of what’s wrong with their equipment and what is being done to resolve problems or at time even provide solutions.
